Become CPR/ BLS certified with the American Heart Association! This instructor-led course, held at 14000 Crown Court, Suite 209, Woodbridge, VA 22193, equips you with the life-saving skills needed to respond to emergencies. 

 

 The comprehensive training covers: High-quality CPR: Learn effective techniques for adults, children, and infants. 

 

AHA Chain of Survival: Understand the crucial steps for Basic Life Support. AED Use: Gain confidence in operating an Automated External Defibrillator. Choking Relief: Master techniques to clear airway obstructions in adults and infants. 

 

 The full BLS Course lasts approximately 4 hours, while the BLS Renewal Course takes about 3 hours. Both include hands-on skills practice and testing. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a two-year certification.
